The 1-Year Warranty warrants the works carried out by Aquaridge Plumbing. If any problems occur with a project, due to the workmanship of Aquaridge Plumbing, then the warranty can be used to claim a free service in which Aquaridge Plumbing will remediate the works to resolve the issue. The warranty certificate and other documents are provided to each customer in a singular plastic bag to preserve the conditions of the documents.
The warranty excludes:
- Issues due to faulty material(may be covered under the material's warranty)
- Issues due to misuse or mishandling of materials, carried out by parties other than Aquaridge Plumbing
- Issues due to the quality of materials or their expected lifespan(determined by the manufacturer)(may be covered under the material's warranty)
Customer rights to the warranty may be revoked or withheld for the following conditions:
- The customer refused to make a payment for a service or project carried out by Aquaridge Plumbing
- The customer or a 3rd party had modified or altered materials or works carried out for the project, without the approval of Aquaridge Plumbing
Aquaridge Plumbing will not carry out remedial works without a clear, ligible, original and valid warranty certificate. Copies of certificates will not be valid and may lead to all active warranties(including the copied warranty) being revoked. Warranty certificates cannot be re-issued.
The Aquaridge Plumbing support team is available to answer any additional queries regarding the 1-year warranty. Recurring queries may be readdressed on this page in future updates. All warranty holders will be notified for updates made to this page regarding the 1-year warranty. You will stop receiving notifications once your warranty has expired, unless you opt-in for continuous updates on changes.
The certificate of compliance certifies that the works carried out by Aquaridge Plumbing is compliant with Building Regulations and the relevant Approved Codes Of Practices(ACOPs). If works are deemed to be noncompliant, then the certificate can be used to claim a free service in which Aquaridge Plumbing will rectify the works to meet the relevant british standards. The certificate of compliance and other documents are provided to each customer in a singular plastic bag to preserve the conditions of the documents.
Customer rights to the certificate may be revoked or withheld for the following conditions:
- The customer refused to make a payment for a service or project carried out by Aquaridge Plumbing, including previous and future projects
- The customer or a 3rd party had modified or altered materials or works carried out for the project, without the approval of Aquaridge Plumbing
Aquaridge Plumbing will not carry out remedial works without a clear, ligible, original and valid certificate. Copies of certificates will not be valid and may lead to all previous certificates(including the copied certificate) being revoked. For a new certificate to be issued, customers will need to contact support@aquaridgeplumbing.com. A fee of £40 will be charged for each certificate renewal and an on-site inspection of the project/works will take place by Aquaridge Plumbing to ensure that the project had not been modified or altered.
