All projects come with our 1-year workmanship warranty and any manufacturer warranties for materials. Each project also includes a Certificate Of Compliance which can be used to rectify any noncompliant works if a building services inspector requires changes to a project. Compliance certificates may also be used for home insurance or warranty claims. Your plumbing project is protected, reliable, and built to last.
Our call-out pricing is simple and transparent:

Labour costs are created on a case-by-case basis and are charged at a flat rate for each project, with no hidden extras or changes during the project. We prioritise efficiency and transparency.
Materials are charged at costs according to suppliers with available stock. We try to minimise the materials cost by shipping items, from the same supplier, in 1 order, when possible. Most general materials are bought through large retailers including Screwfix, Toolstation, Victoria Plumbing, Travis Perkins, Plumbase, Wolseley and others, to guarantee high-quality products and accessible support.
We collect payments at different stages throughout the project. Projects with a quote of £150+ will include milestone payments as well as the usual pre-payments and post-payments.
- Pre-payments: Taken before the (first) project visit. Bookings cannot be scheduled before the pre-payment is made. Bookings can be modified free of charge 6 hours before the scheduled timeframe. Covers the materials fee and call-out fee.
Payments can be taken through: bank transfer
- Post-payments: Taken at the end of the (last) project visit. Covers the labour fee.
Payments can be taken through: cash, contactless/virtual cards or card Chip&Pin
- Milestone-payments: Taken throughout the project at different stages as discussed. Covers the labour fee.
