Aquaridge Plumbing actively sends out various types of emails for legal, marketing or service-related reasons. On this page, we've covered all the different types of emails we send, how to stay safe, how to spot if an email came from us and what to do if you don't want us to email you again.

Intro to AI

Some of our emails contain a disclaimer at the bottom of the footer. The disclaimer talks about AI and how there may be errors in the email due to the "presence of AI". We simply mean that some of our emails are created, modified and sent by AI automations. We use AI to speed up the time it takes to reach our vast amount of customers and viewers, so we can focus more on delivering our services. Our AI-assisted emails may be sent during different times of the day, including the night, however, we try our best to avoid communications at times of rest.

We understand the danger of AI, especially due to its unfamiliar nature for most customers. We strive to make the AI software we use as safe and secure as possible to prevent any harmful scenarios. We try to rectify or correct any mistakes that we see which may have been sent to customers before we could intercept the email. You may see us issue corrections by referencing the email subject line, the error within the email and the correction to be made.

Our AI provider/partner is Assetflow Automations. We work with them to create software that is beneficial for our company. If you face any errors or inconveniences with our AI software, or with any other software that we use, please report the error to support@aquaridgeplumbing.com.

Staying Safe Using Emails

To stay safe using our emails, we recommend always checkink who the email came from. We will only send you an email with an email address formatted as "{...}@aquaridgeplumbing.com". Any other email address is not ours and we advise you not not click any links or respond to the email in any way. We also ask you to not make any payments to users with emails that are not ours. We sometimes collect payments over emails, so it is important to make sure that you are talking to the correct person before you make any payments. We take no responsibility for any actions that may take place from fraudulent emails. It is up to you, the customer or audience, to keep yourself safe from scams.

Another crucial point to note about emails from us, is that each customer is assigned a 6-digit "sort-code". This code is connected to your data, stored in our databases, and will never change(unless you delete your data and then restore it). If you're unsure about whether an email came from us, we advise you to recheck your sort code from previous emails to make sure that they are the same. If you receive an email that does not have your sort code, or has a sort code which is different from your usual sort code, please report the email to support@aquaridgeplumbing.com immediately! Please do not interact with, or respond to emails that do not contain your sort code/contain the wrong sort code.

We generate random sort codes, so 2 people may have the same sort code. However, our systems integrate other data along with your sort code to grant you access to our software. If someone has the same sort code as you, they will not be able to access, update or delete your data. Your data is protected and will always remain private&confidential.

Policy Update Emails

We sometimes make updates to our general or privacy policies to stay within certain legal laws and regulations. As some of these changes may impact you, as our customers or audience, or your data that we have, stored in our databases, we are required to inform you of changes that were made/when they were made. We present a timestamp to show you when the policies were last modified, so that cases that arise, may be dealt with judging by the policies that were in place during that specific time.

Some policies do not affect all customers or viewers, and is directed towards certain types of individuals or organisations(ie. commercial customers, customers with a full project). We try to clearly highlight a policy if it is directed towards certain types of individuals or organisations. Most policies will apply to all customers.

Please note: The general policy is currently inactive and will be revised soon. Anything mentioned or presented within the general policy will not be adhered to, and is not "legally binding", until the policies have been revised.


We also allow 3rd party members(viewers, but not customers) to receive notifications for when we make updates or changes to our policies. We present a submission box under each policy page, for members to provide their email address. This email address gets transported to our database, ready to integrate with our systems. Members cannot currently access, or remove their email address from our database themselves. To remove your email from our policy update notification list, contact support@aquaridgeplumbing.com.

Data-Removal

We allow customers to access our database so that customers can delete their data from our database themselves. You can choose to view, update or delete your data.

To delete your data from our database, follow the steps below. This process should take around 5 minutes to complete and is best completed on desktop view. For mobile view, the chat with "Plumbing Assistant" has been pre-initiated below.

Please note that you will need your sort code to delete or access your personal data from the database. Your sort code is a 6-digit number that is accociated to your information. You can find this code in every email that was sent to you by Aquaridge Plumbing.
Step 1: Open the chat with "Plumbing Assistant". You will find the chat bubble on the bottom-right of your screen.
Step 2: Click the "I want to talk to support" button.
Step 3: Click the "Answer my query" button.
Step 4: Type "Delete my data from the database" and submit the message.
Step 5: Click the "Remove my data" button.
Step 6: Enter your Full Name.
Step 7: Enter your sort code.
Step 8: Follow the assistant's instructions.
Objective Complete

Note: You will not be able to delete your data from our database if we do not have your number and home area/location stored in our database. If you believe we have other data stored about you, contact support@aquaridgeplumbing.com.




We also allow customers to unsubscribe from our policy updates using our automation software. Customers are requested to delete their data from our database, should they not want us to keep their data. All personal data on our databases remain secure and private, and are treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To remove your email from our policy notification list, follow the steps below. This process should take around 2 minutes to complete. and is best completed on desktop view. For mobile view, the chat with "Plumbing Assistant" has been pre-initiated above.
Step 1: Open the chat with "Plumbing Assistant". You will find the chat bubble on the bottom-right of your screen.
Step 2: Click the "I want to talk to support" button.
Step 3: Click the "Answer my query" button.
Step 4: Type "Unsubscribe me from the mailing list" and submit the message.
Step 5: Click the "Policy Updates" button.
Step 6: Type out your email.
(Extra: If you are a customer or have been allocated a sort code, type out your sort code.)
Objective Complete

If you are unable to navigate through these instructions, please send a message to support@aquaridgeplumbing.com with the message "Unsubscribe from the Policy Update notifications". Please note that the delay time for people who contact us to remove their email address from our policy notification list can extend to a few days, weeks or months. Emails will be categorised based on emergancy and importance.

Marketing Emails

We currently only send marketing emails to a select few customers. Marketing emails are still in their trial phase and will soon be available to all audiences. You will not automatically be signed up to receive marketing emails. Each customer will be asked whether they'd like to receive marketing emails from us after the marketing emails have progressed to the production phase.

We currently don't allow viewers to subscribe to our marketing email list.

Invoices & Documents

We sometimes send invoices and documents to customers via emails. From the 31st July 2025, all emails containing invoices and documents will contain a footer with each customers sort code included. Emails from us are only sent from email addresses formatted as "{...}@aquaridgeplumbing.com". Any other email address is not ours and we advise you to not click any links or respond to the email in any way. We also ask you to not make any payments to users with emails that are not ours. We are not responsible for any monetary losses that occur on emails that were not sent by us and lost funds will not be compensated.
